DCx Co., Ltd was registered with Royal Government of Cambodia’s Ministry of Commerce on August 4, 2020 with IDNo. 1000003624 with starting capital US$ 250,000 on a vision of becoming the prime mover research for Data Science based on Data-Driven Decision Making (D3M). It transitioned from DC Research, a consultancy firm for data-management systems training, development project’s programming and evaluation, which has a record of excellence for developing management information systems among development NGOs and government programmes since its establishment in 2003. DC Research is affiliated with the Cambodian Organization for Research and Development (CORD) since April 2011 until 2017. CORD is registered as a local non-government organization (NGO) with Ministry of Interior, No. 593 SorChorNor in May 2007.
